Rock You Like a Hurricane

So! For those of you who didn't know...Ike came to Houston. I am safe, and (clearly) my apartment has power and internet. But...no running water at the moment. But don't worry! I have plenty to drink (water, that is...) and a tub full of the stuff to flush my toilet with. I stayed with a family in Katy Tx (a suburb) during the actual storm, so that was awesome. No damage to my apartment save a screen door getting ripped off (eh, it was flimsy) and some water dripped on my bed from the ceiling (not cool).

Thanks for all the prayers for those who were aware of the situation. For those who weren't aware...I'm sure you had a good reason.

But, seriously, thanks! As always, I love you all.
